For this process to work you do not need more than a computer with a .ZIP or .RAR compressor software installed on it.

Steps:

1.Pick an image of your choice and save it on your desktop

2.Create a new .zip or .rar folder on your desktop

3.Add all the files you want to hide into the .zip or .rar folder just created

4.click start menu (or WIN+R )and type command prompt (or cmd) and open it

5.In command prompt screen type cddesktop”” with the quotation marks

6.Now type copy /b picturename.jpg + foldername.rar outputfilename.jpg

[note: if you use zip then copy /b picturename.jpg + foldername.zip outputfilename.jpg

put the saved picture’s file name  and folders name from your desktop in place of picturename and foldername and desired filename in outputfilename]

7.Now there should be a outputed file with a .jpg extension in your desktop

(do not close the command prompt yet)

8.Double click to open the picture and check it.

9.If you want to view to view the hidden files

type ren outputfilename.jpg outputfilename.rar

You are done! Enjoy!!

[Note:With this technique of hiding files you can send files to anyone and all they have to do is just rename the file extension from jpg to .zip or .rar]
